There is no consistency in sizing, sometimes the size I always choose fits perfectly, other times it is huge. This must cost Ted Baker a fortune in returned items when selling online ….needs an industry standard.

I bought Korning Metal Corner Coin Wallet by online, I saw it first at one of the famous Mall in my country, Indonesia. unfortunately it was only 1(one) item left available, it has a defect (perhaps because of Metal corner detail) and of course it was on sale. so
I went to the Official store of Ted Baker in Mall of Plaza Indonesia sadly, it is not in a stock at the moment.

So, I go online. it was love at first sight, the design, a smooth leather finish and unique metallic accent, the Lining and embossed is remarkable.

I ordered. when the package came.

I am a happy customer.

I love my new sneakers but I would like to have the leather part of the tongue softer, more pliable. It is very stiff and hard to break in.

You're website does not make it clear what is "relaxed" and "oversized" fit. I bought 4 t shirts - size 4- having to return 3 because quite frankly they were MASSIVE (not advertised as such and your models obviously wearing 3x sizes smaller. A waste of my time and a waste of your clothing. Such a shame.

No problem with purchase - ordering and delivery were great. However the denim was too heavy for me and decided to return. Had problems with returns label therefore sent email. No response in 4 days - had to phone up in the end. Not impressed.
